I run regular Homebirth & Waterbirth evenings in different locations in Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Events are held in Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Haywards Heath, Nutley, Lewes, Eastbourne and Reigate.

NEW COURSE Approach your Birth with Positivity and Joy

Many women are approaching the birth of their baby with some anxiety or maybe even fear.

This evening is an opportunity to explore practical things you can do in preparation for your baby's birth. We will look at mental and emotional preparation, choices for your birth, information, research and tips for a positive birth experience. Anja has the passion to help you feel empowered as you approach the birth of your baby and the experience to help you dispel any unfounded fears you may have.

Partners are more than welcome to join the evening which will be held in central Tunbridge Wells.

Midsussex Homebirth Group meets regularly to share experiences, information, support & advice.
