Client Feedback
Feedback is a useful tool to improve care and the service I give. All clients are asked to fill in an evaluation form which covers antenatal, birth and postnatal care, partner feedback, assessment of information given and comments on possible improvements.

Antenatal Care
I think the length of my appts were probably longer as I chatted too much! However, I never felt rushed and got all the information and time I felt I needed. I got lots of advice about nutrition that was really useful and small changes i made helped a lot. The emotional support, especially regarding Seamus ( son) and how our relationship would evolve and how becoming four would affect us was invaluable.
I felt very listened to and that you really went out of your way to allay any fears or issues I had left over from Seamus' birth. Always had every confidence in your abilities and you proved them with you knowledge at every visit.
Labour and Birth Care
You were there right from the start which was fantastic and meant I felt relaxed and calm straight away. You knew what had been the problem at Seamus' birth and made sure those issues were addressed without making a big deal about it.
The whole experience was exactly what we had talked about and I felt completely supported. It was very much a family affair! and I loved how you were with Seamus too. I felt like Superwoman after my birth and that is largely down to the excellent support from you.
Postnatal Care
It has been brilliant to have so many postnatal visits and the length and timing of them were ideal for us. again, I never felt rushed. I felt very happy with the information about mine and Saoirse's care. I am certain I would not be breastfeeding Saoirse now without your support. As you know I cried a lot and although I made comments about it you never judged me and that has been very important for me going forward as I am now seeing the tears as a useful release rather than a weakness!
I felt you went out of your way to boost my confidence especially regarding the feeding. You always managed to say the right thinkg at the right time. Fabulous!
Partners
The experience surpassed al of my expectations. I was included in the care very early on and felt that this extended to also include Seamus. Saoirse's birth turned out to be a family event which will always hold very special memories. Thanks for all your encouragement and support.
Improvements
Nope! Sorry we tried to think of something constructive of otherwise but alas! nothing!! Keep up the good work!!
