'After giving birth to our first baby (Liam) in Dubai and experiencing/battling against every possible intervention, I was determined that our second baby would be born in the comfort and security of our own home with the help of a natural midwife.  After being recommended by a friend of mine, I contacted Anja and after her first visit, both myself and my husband instantly felt that Anja would be the midwife we would like to help deliver our baby.
Throughout my pregnancy, Anja was positive and encouraging and reassured us at every stage and answered every question we had.  We were even prepared to deliver the baby ourselves which we nearly had to do as Isabelle arrived in just under an hour!  But thankfully Anja arrived in the nick of time and ensured the successful arrival and that the subsequent ‘special moment’ was as precious, peaceful and relaxing as possible.  We even got a demonstration on how the placenta worked!'
